Sugandha Gupta is a Senior Director at Bristol Myers Squibb.  She leads a data capabilities team supporting HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement units and also Enterprise Search for BMS. The data enables different business units and senior leaders to create analytics, insights and make decisions for the company.

Mrs. Gupta is also a coach for the FLL team 16831, IDK. She has coached that team for 7 years. This is her first year as a Nemesis mentor (and hopefully first of many!). She became a mentor so she can continue to support FIRST and STEM initiatives in Robbinsville.
